We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our expanding team in the USA. 

The Marketing Project Coordinator manages day-to-day execution of marketing activities that supports the Marketing Division in North America. The role focuses on social media management, content creation, project coordination, inventory management of marketing materials and valve demonstration units, event support, and graphic design assistance, all to strengthen brand presence, enhance channel partnerships, and drive sales growth. Focus markets include Food & Beverage, Institutional, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, HVAC, and General Industrial.

Your Job Duties:

  • Manage marketing projects and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar.
  • Support content creation/customization, campaign deployment, and provide performance reporting for social media and marketing activities.
  • Support Organization for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal training 
  • Capture photos and basic videography at product demonstrations and facility tours for use in marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
  • Design, create, and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Oversee inventory, organization, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, collateral, giveaways, digital assets, PowerPoint decks) and valve demonstration units.
  • Function as the primary local contact for marketing initiatives.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing coordination or similar role (preferably in B2B or industrial environments).
  • Proven experience in managing social media calendars, creating/posting content, event support, logistics coordination, and photography.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills, diligence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent people skills and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
