The warehouse in Fredericia stocks complete valves, steam traps and spare parts.

Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and proactive Warehouse & Service Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse and service department. This role combines logistical oversight with technical coordination, ensuring efficient stock management and smooth service workflows. You will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods as well as coordinating service or repair tasks.

Your job duties:

Warehouse Management

·        Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods with accuracy and efficiency

·        Maintain and optimize warehouse layout, safety, and cleanliness

·        Ensure accurate stock control, inventory counts, and reporting

·        Work with internal and external sales teams to forecast and plan inventory needs

·        Maintain documentation and compliance with relevant logistics and safety regulations

Service Coordination

·        Coordinate and prioritize service and repair jobs (in-house or field-based)

·        Ensure service reports, work orders, and documentation are properly completed

·        Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory

Your qualification

·        Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or service coordination

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Technical understanding (ideally of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment)

·        Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools

·        Forklift license and understanding of warehouse safety practices are beneficial

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·        Proficient in English and/or German
